He is an expert in human movement & sports performance. His approach combines personalized care, proven techniques, and a genuine passion for helping people stay in the game they love.

Additional support is provided by Aaron Sidner who has his PhD in Neuromuscular Physiology with an extensive history in athletic performanceBoth are active pickleball players

Do I need to be at a certain level of fitness?

Not at all.
Every exercise can be modified to match your current fitness and ability level. Whether you’re brand new to training or already active, we’ll make sure the program meets you where you are.

What if I Miss a Session?

No problem — you won’t fall behind.
If you miss an in-person session, you’ll still have access to the online programming so you can keep progressing on your own schedule.

Worried About Holiday Conflicts? We've Got You Covered.

No session on December 25th — we’ll train instead on December 26th at 4:00pm
New Year’s Day session (Jan 1) will be held at 10:00am, followed by a casual social hangout to kick off the new year with the squad

What equipment do I need?

Just bring yourself.
All equipment will be provided for you at the facility. If we recommend optional tools (like foam rollers), we’ll let you know — but they’re not required

Can I get a refund if I can’t finish?

We keep it simple:Cancel 7+ days before the start date → full refund (minus 5% processing fee).Cancel within 7 days of the start date → non-refundable.Once the program begins, refunds/credits are not available for missed sessions, no-shows, or early withdrawal.

Program EnrollmentBy registering for the Pickleball Performance & Longevity Program, you agree to participate in an 8-week group training program focused on performance and injury prevention. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full.Minimum Enrollment Requirement: The program requires a minimum of 6 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, On The Move Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future program.2. Payment & PricingThe program fee is $645 current training cycle.Payment is due at the time of registration.All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.3. Media ReleaseBy participating, you grant On The Move Therapy & Wellness permission to use photos, videos, or testimonials from the program for promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice opting out.9. Program ChangesOn The Move Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the program schedule, content, or instructors. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.10.
