Enrollment is now open for the next 8-week training block starting December 2nd.
In-person sessions are held every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00–6:00pm through January 22nd.

Reece Maranda, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. He helps active adults, recreational, and competitive pickleball players move better, feel stronger, and play without pain for life. He is an expert in human movement & sports performance. His approach combines personalized care, proven techniques, and a genuine passion for helping people stay in the game they love.

Additional support is provided by Aaron Sidner who has his PhD in Neuromuscular Physiology with an extensive history in athletic performanceBoth are active pickleball players

Every exercise can be modified to match your current fitness and ability level. Whether you’re brand new to training or already active, we’ll make sure the program meets you where you are.
No problem — you won’t fall behind.
If you miss an in-person session, you’ll still have access to the online programming so you can keep progressing on your own schedule.
No session on December 25th — we’ll train instead on December 26th at 4:00pm
New Year’s Day session (Jan 1) will be held at 10:00am, followed by a casual social hangout to kick off the new year with the squad
Just bring yourself.
All equipment will be provided for you at the facility. If we recommend optional tools (like foam rollers), we’ll let you know — but they’re not required
We keep it simple:Cancel 7+ days before the start date → full refund (minus 5% processing fee).Cancel within 7 days of the start date → non-refundable.Once the program begins, refunds/credits are not available for missed sessions, no-shows, or early withdrawal.
